The audience thought a goal was coming when Krakaca Neto got free with Jorge Pirani in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 8th minute of the match, Marcos Fernandes got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jorge Pirani was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jorge Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krakaca Neto in the 10th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Krakaca Neto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Academia Santista CIMZ's Felipe Nerio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Carlos Andrade narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jorge Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krakaca Neto in the 15th minute of the match. Marcos Fernandes scored 1-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jorge Pirani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Beto Smith took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jorge Pirani to make any attempt to save it. Krakaca Neto struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Jorge Pirani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Futuros FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krakaca Neto in the 34th minute of play forced Academia Santista CIMZ's goalkeeper Jorge Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Futuros FC's zone, Felipe Nerio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Carlos Andrade came out of the goal and Felipe Nerio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Beto Smith took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jorge Pirani. Jorge Pirani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Academia Santista CIMZ's goalkeeper Jorge Pirani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After taking down the ball on Futuros FC's corner Krakaca Neto fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jorge Pirani quite easily take care of the ball. When Futuros FC's Krakaca Neto in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Academia Santista CIMZ's goalie prevented a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

In the 51st minute, Krakaca Neto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Futuros FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Beto Smith's late challenge caught a Academia Santista CIMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Beto Smith helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Futuros FC's Beto Smith got a free kick in the 53rd minute. The Futuros FC fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Futuros FC's Krakaca Neto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 62nd minute, Beto Smith hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by Futuros FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rafael Baptista was slow to take the kick. During this time Academia Santista CIMZ's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Academia Santista CIMZ's corner Severino Turres fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and João Carlos Andrade quite easily take care of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Krakaca Neto in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Pirani saved Academia Santista CIMZ from getting behind. In the 69th minute, Cícero Arce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Fernandes in the 70th minute of play forced Academia Santista CIMZ's goalkeeper Jorge Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severino Turres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but João Carlos Andrade made a huge save. In the 72nd minute of the match Academia Santista CIMZ got a corner. Futuros FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rafael Baptista ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Severino Turres managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Krakaca Neto put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jorge Pirani. Jorge Pirani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Krakaca Neto's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. In the 84th match minute, Academia Santista CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Nerio to maneuver through the defense. Jorge Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krakaca Neto in the 86th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Beto Smith in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorge Pirani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krakaca Neto in the 91st minute of play forced Academia Santista CIMZ's goalkeeper Jorge Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Academia Santista CIMZ's Frank de Lara got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Krakaca Neto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Pirani was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Futuros FC had won after a very even match.
