Anibal Fernendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Honorato Mannie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonides Elizardo's late challenge caught a Cachiyuyo EAS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonides Elizardo helped the player get up and apologised. Leonides Elizardo kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Honorato Mannie came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Palermo's Pedro Maraman. But to his dismay, Pedro Maraman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Pedro Maraman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Honorato Mannie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorato Mannie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Gamus in the 21st minute of play. Cachiyuyo EAS's Honorato Mannie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Maraman in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Anastasio Hotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anibal Fernendo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Honorato Mannie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedro Maraman was the one to do the kick off. When Eusebio Lapurdi came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Cachiyuyo EAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebio Lapurdi couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Cachiyuyo EAS getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Anastasio Hotz hit a great ball. In the 61st minute, Palermo's Norberto Lehen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Honorato Mannie. Honorato Mannie yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. In the 66th minute, Anibal Fernendo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th match minute, Cachiyuyo EAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anastasio Hotz to maneuver through the defense. Anastasio Hotz was shown his second yellow card after 79 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 79th minute, Anastasio Hotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honorato Mannie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baldomiro Gamus went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Honorato Mannie made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norberto Lehen in the 84th minute. Cachiyuyo EAS's Honorato Mannie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Cachiyuyo EAS from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Cachiyuyo EAS getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Eusebio Lapurdi hit a great ball. Baldomiro Gamus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th match minute, Cachiyuyo EAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebio Lapurdi to maneuver through the defense. Palermo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
