Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Armando Rosalio got the match started through his kick off. After 3 minutes, Luisito Medero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ZORZAL01 and the Mercado Paulista F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 3 played minutes ZORZAL01 got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Medero. Mercado Paulista F.C's Elvio Illart got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mercado Paulista F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Julian Iratzeder scored to the left of an out of position Diego Vargas, making the score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Mercado Paulista F.C's Elvio Illart got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Paolo Gotzon managed to get in a good position for a shot. ZORZAL01's supporters rose to their feet, but Paolo Gotzon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Vargas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Julian Iratzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julian Iratzeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Diego Vargas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, Mercado Paulista F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Gotzon came free, but Diego Vargas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgardo Nardo to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of ZORZAL01 booed when Mercado Paulista F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Tohias didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Elvio Illart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Iratzeder in the 65th minute of play forced Mercado Paulista F.C's goalkeeper Diego Vargas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elvio Illart charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elvio Illart the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th match minute, Mercado Paulista F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Illart to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute Julian Iratzeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Vargas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mercado Paulista F.C's Albino Asteri got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julian Iratzeder hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Mercado Paulista F.C's Elvio Illart shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 83rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gaudencio Richie but with some difficulty. 84 minutes into the match, Mercado Paulista F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Gotzon came free, but Diego Vargas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Julian Iratzeder notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Mercado Paulista F.C's Diego Vargas. Diego Vargas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Fabricio Tohias fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mercado Paulista F.C's protests and gave Fabricio Tohias a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Mercado Paulista F.C getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Fabricio Tohias hit a great ball. Diego Vargas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Iratzeder in the 94th minute of play. After 95 played minutes ZORZAL01 got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Dolcet. In the 96th minute, Fabricio Tohias sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and ZORZAL01's Gaudencio Richie didn't even have to move. ZORZAL01's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
