Nicanor Fanuco started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eleuterio Lamberto during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Eleuterio Lamberto hit a great ball. Las Palmas's Evelio Naike played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Dalmai in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Emilio Cresconio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Las Palmas the free kick. In the 12th match minute, ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Cresconio to maneuver through the defense. Evelio Naike didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hermengildo Dalmai went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Eleuterio Lamberto took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evelio Naike. Evelio Naike dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Maximiliano Bazil kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Las Palmas's Ruben Peruxu got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute, Hermengildo Dalmai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Evelio Naike made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Dalmai in the 32nd minute of play. Eleuterio Lamberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Fanuco in the 36th minute of play forced ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's goalkeeper Ubaldo Frisco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evelio Naike showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Dalmai, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Eleuterio Lamberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eleuterio Lamberto hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Las Palmas were furious when Florencio Dimas was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Florencio Dimas hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Ladislao Sadurni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Eleuterio Lamberto made the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Las Palmas got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Bazil. If Hermengildo Dalmai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Godfredo Chago came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godfredo Chago couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Godfredo Chago slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Evelio Naike. That made the score 0-3 after 58 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Godfredo Chago got a free kick in the 62nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hermengildo Dalmai in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evelio Naike saved Las Palmas from getting behind. A collision led to ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Ladislao Sadurni hit a great ball. After 71 played minutes, Las Palmas's Paulino Gabino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ubaldo Frisco came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Las Palmas reached it. Evelio Naike made an important save on a dangerous shot by Godfredo Chago in the 77th minute. Evelio Naike came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Hermengildo Dalmai. But to his dismay, Hermengildo Dalmai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Las Palmas's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Hermengildo Dalmai 90 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermengildo Dalmai in the 94th minute of play forced Las Palmas's goalkeeper Evelio Naike to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Las Palmas fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
