The referee ignored Simbo FC's protests and gave Segundo Neron a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Simbo FC booed when ZORZAL01 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Cortez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paolo Gotzon in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Octavio Lauaxeta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gaudencio Richie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Palos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgardo Nardo got free with Octavio Lauaxeta in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcial Belasko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaudencio Richie having to interfere. Octavio Lauaxeta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgardo Nardo in the 73rd minute. 75 minutes into the game, Paolo Rumaldo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Simbo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ZORZAL01 the free kick. Paolo Rumaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Abelardo Vimaro might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Octavio Lauaxeta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abelardo Vimaro ran back to his position shaking his head. Edgardo Nardo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Octavio Lauaxeta 79 minutes into the match. Felipe Tipi hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Leonel Unai, 83 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paolo Gotzon in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Octavio Lauaxeta saved Simbo FC from getting behind. Edgardo Nardo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 89th playminute. Gaudencio Richie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Mouricio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliberto Mouricio in the 96th minute of play forced ZORZAL01's goalkeeper Gaudencio Richie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ZORZAL01 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
