In the 32nd minute, Ilgaz Aydoğan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Facopo FBPA's goalkeeper Osvaldinho Moreno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pan Lin Zhen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 39 minutes into the match, Facopo FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Pan Lin Zhen came free, but Osvaldinho Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Pan Lin Zhen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osvaldinho Moreno was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Osvaldinho Moreno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pan Lin Zhen in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Bautista Marcó kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hori Galli in the 59th minute of play forced CRUZ DEL SUR's goalkeeper Zachariasz Dudkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zachariasz Dudkowski had in the 76thth minute some difficulties stopping Cheng Ling Yang's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Osvaldinho Moreno successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Zachariasz Dudkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ilgaz Aydoğan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute Cheng Ling Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Dudkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CRUZ DEL SUR's Zachariasz Dudkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhivko Húntev in the 84th minute of play. Facopo FBPA's Osvaldinho Moreno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Facopo FBPA from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Facopo FBPA defense, Fabio Zorondo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Osvaldinho Moreno. The Facopo FBPA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Osvaldinho Moreno should have stopped the shot. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. CRUZ DEL SUR walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
