Kıvanç Yücesan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 6th minute, Pan Lin Zhen made a precise shot to the right of Kıvanç Yücesan. SC Pfullendorf's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Bard Bom's late challenge caught a SC Pfullendorf's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bard Bom helped the player get up and apologised. After 8 played minutes CRUZ DEL SUR got a freekick which was hit by Bard Bom. Zachariasz Dudkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Rodríguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pan Lin Zhen might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kıvanç Yücesan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pan Lin Zhen ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pan Lin Zhen in the 19th minute of play forced SC Pfullendorf's goalkeeper Kıvanç Yücesan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pan Lin Zhen in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kıvanç Yücesan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pan Lin Zhen in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kıvanç Yücesan saved SC Pfullendorf from getting behind. Zachariasz Dudkowski was a little too slow when Argyris Zagorakis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-3. CRUZ DEL SUR's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Miguel Rodríguez scored to the left of an out of position Zachariasz Dudkowski, making the score, 2-3. With a little luck, CRUZ DEL SUR's Zachariasz Dudkowski got control of the ball when Argyris Zagorakis tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 38 played minutes SC Pfullendorf got a freekick which was hit by Karel Van Den Abeele. Kıvanç Yücesan came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by CRUZ DEL SUR's Pan Lin Zhen. But to his dismay, Pan Lin Zhen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. The SC Pfullendorf players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CRUZ DEL SUR were winning 2-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Argyris Zagorakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Argyris Zagorakis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zachariasz Dudkowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Zhao Hui Yang hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the match, CRUZ DEL SUR's Pan Lin Zhen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kıvanç Yücesan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pan Lin Zhen took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kıvanç Yücesan. Kıvanç Yücesan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. CRUZ DEL SUR's Fabio Zorondo was substituted for Ronnie Odell. CRUZ DEL SUR made a substitution. Eustacio Antonucci replaced Abundio Manzano. In the 68th minute, 彭森银 made a precise shot to the right of Zachariasz Dudkowski. CRUZ DEL SUR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-5. Arturo Vidal hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. CRUZ DEL SUR's Zachariasz Dudkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 彭森银 in the 82nd minute of play. Zachariasz Dudkowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Rodríguez's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. 89 minutes into the match, CRUZ DEL SUR's goal looked a bit too open when 彭森银 came free, but Zachariasz Dudkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Pan Lin Zhen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kıvanç Yücesan. SC Pfullendorf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pan Lin Zhen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-6. CRUZ DEL SUR's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
