The crowd rose to their feet as Miguel Merentiel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luciano Anaya. That made the score 1-0 in the 2 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Godfredo Ariando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luciano Anaya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lisandro Bastiaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luciano Anaya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Bastiaro in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Karim Benzema hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st match minute, Natus Vincere F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karim Benzema to maneuver through the defense. Natus Vincere F.C.'s Luciano Anaya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Natus Vincere F.C. from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, KaoS Futbol Club's Godfredo Ariando got a free kick in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milton Giménez in the 33rd minute of play forced KaoS Futbol Club's goalkeeper Mateo Giraldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Lisandro Bastiaro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luciano Anaya. Natus Vincere F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lisandro Bastiaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 40 minutes of play, Natus Vincere F.C.'s Ladislao Abeita made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mateo Giraldo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 45 minutes into the match, KaoS Futbol Club's Miguel Merentiel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luciano Anaya narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 48 minutes into the match, Maximiliano Seguinus notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of KaoS Futbol Club's Mateo Giraldo. Mateo Giraldo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lisandro Bastiaro made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Natus Vincere F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Bastiaro came free, but Luciano Anaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, KaoS Futbol Club's Miguel Merentiel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luciano Anaya narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lisandro Bastiaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Anaya having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Miguel Merentiel notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Natus Vincere F.C.'s Luciano Anaya. Mateo Giraldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Joey, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the game, Miguel Merentiel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Luciano Anaya was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maximiliano Seguinus charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximiliano Seguinus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 80 played minutes Natus Vincere F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Seguinus. After 87 minutes, Godfredo Ariando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KaoS Futbol Club and the Natus Vincere F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Natus Vincere F.C. booed when KaoS Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godfredo Ariando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raul Joey's late challenge caught a KaoS Futbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
