Norberto Pabla hit a great ball. Timoteo Evis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Salamon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Timoteo Evis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albino Gil, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Marlin FC's Timoteo Evis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Tiniebra in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Lε COCO SρσяtiV's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Pudes came free, but Roberto Arotza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celedonio Tiniebra made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Marlin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimiro Gonzales to maneuver through the defense. If Celedonio Tiniebra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Florentino Esiquio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marlin FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 61 minutes into the match, Ricardo Erlantz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roberto Arotza. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ricardo Erlantz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Timoteo Evis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Albino Gil showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 68 minute of play. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Celedonio Tiniebra got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Ricardo Erlantz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute, Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Celedonio Tiniebra dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. Celedonio Tiniebra struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Timoteo Evis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lε COCO SρσяtiV. Jeremias Guillem was shown his second yellow card after 90 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 90th minute, Jeremias Guillem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
