Utopía Muerta FC's Edgard Emeterio got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ladislao Abeita struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Fidel Norino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Isótopos V.M.. Salvador Guillelmus hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After 32 minutes of play, Isótopos V.M.'s Froilan Lohitzun made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fidel Norino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Agustín Ruberto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Luciano Anaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Agustín Ruberto took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luciano Anaya. Luciano Anaya dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Salvador Guillelmus made a kick off. Ladislao Abeita's late challenge caught a Utopía Muerta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ladislao Abeita helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Isótopos V.M. getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ladislao Abeita hit a great ball. The supporters of Utopía Muerta FC booed when Isótopos V.M. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ladislao Abeita didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 63 minutes, Froilan Lohitzun made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Utopía Muerta FC's Fidel Norino tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. One of Isótopos V.M.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Utopía Muerta FC:s goal. Luciano Anaya had in the 73rdth minute some difficulties stopping Teodoro Guerau's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Utopía Muerta FC's Fidel Norino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karim Benzema in the 80th minute of play. Fidel Norino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvano Alvarez in the 91st minute of the match. 92 minutes into the game, Karim Benzema cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Fidel Norino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
