In the 17th minute of the match Trapiche got a corner. Gotham Saray FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Albino Remir ran over to the corner to take the kick. Apolo Egoitz made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Feliciano Porfiro sent off a good shot on target. Rafael Modestio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Porfiro in the 25th minute of play forced Gotham Saray FC's goalkeeper Apolo Egoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafael Modestio hit a great ball. Frank Cremer-Ricken could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Federico Fe made a huge save. Apolo Egoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rupert Longden in the 63rd minute of the match. If Feliciano Porfiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Trapiche's Saverio Osasun in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gotham Saray FC's goalie prevented a goal. Feliciano Porfiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Apolo Egoitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Gotham Saray FC's Apolo Egoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliciano Porfiro in the 90th minute of play. Federico Fe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Cremer-Ricken in the 95th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gotham Saray FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
