An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodovico Chiguaicura in the 11th minute of play forced Atletico de Madrid's goalkeeper Nikolas Karkamanis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s César Bertrand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitris Maros in the 16th minute of play. Nikolas Karkamanis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Duardo Pruniel in the 19th minute. Nikolas Karkamanis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlondón Tassara in the 21st minute of play. Duardo Pruniel kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Dimosthenis Stamatopoulos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for César Bertrand. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Savas Stavridis was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 31 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the match, Atletico de Madrid's goalkeeper Nikolas Karkamanis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Orlondón Tassara. Nikolas Karkamanis didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 36th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0. After a rather tough play, Atletico de Madrid's Panos Spyroulis got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Nikolas Karkamanis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nikolas Karkamanis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodovico Chiguaicura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the match, Duardo Pruniel notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Atletico de Madrid's Nikolas Karkamanis. Nikolas Karkamanis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 95 minutes, Marios Kailas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletico de Madrid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marios Kailas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nikolas Karkamanis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duardo Pruniel in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Ornitorrincos F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
