The supporters of Fumasche booed when Glyka Nera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fivos Touboulis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute, Pedro Horado made a precise shot to the right of Sakis Karvouniaris. Glyka Nera FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Eleazar in the 15th minute of play forced Glyka Nera FC's goalkeeper Sakis Karvouniaris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute Gabriel Eleazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sakis Karvouniaris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 19 minutes into the game, when Isaac Gamus put in a rough tackle. The goalkeeper, Conrado Liberto, was totally fooled by Glyka Nera FC's Stelios Egomitis, who 20 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Conrado Liberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thalis Papaefthimiou, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Gabriel Eleazar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fumasche's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Eleazar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sakis Karvouniaris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Pedro Horado came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Fumasche fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Horado couldn't finish the play. After 37 played minutes Fumasche got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Abeita. Fumasche's Conrado Liberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vassilis Fragidis in the 40th minute of play. After 43 played minutes Fumasche got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Eleazar. In the 44th minute, Stelios Egomitis fired a really elegant long shot, but Conrado Liberto threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Stelios Egomitis charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stelios Egomitis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th match minute, Glyka Nera FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stelios Egomitis to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Horado to make the kick off. Pedro Horado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Sakis Karvouniaris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 66 minutes, Baldomero Abeita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fumasche's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomero Abeita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fumasche's Pedro Horado got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 68 played minutes Glyka Nera FC got a freekick which was hit by Marios Tomaras. In the 70th minute, Gabriel Eleazar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sakis Karvouniaris. The goal made the score 1-2. Conrado Liberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenios Ioannidis in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thalis Papaefthimiou in the 76th minute of play forced Fumasche's goalkeeper Conrado Liberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fumasche's attentive Patricio Panpili managed to snatch the ball when Stelios Egomitis made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. Pedro Horado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sakis Karvouniaris read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Glyka Nera FC's zone, Baldomero Abeita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sakis Karvouniaris came out of the goal and Baldomero Abeita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded Fumasche left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Glyka Nera FC.
