Dimosthenis Mallios was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. 41 minutes into the match, ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β's goal looked a bit too open when Kaiet Sobrado came free, but Dimosthenis Mallios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dimosthenis Mallios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mansour Trezeguet, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After 44 played minutes, Juventus FC's Raúl Labarra shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dimosthenis Mallios came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Juventus FC reached it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

The wind increased when Paris Georgatos made the kick off in the second half. Thanos Bakirtzis's late challenge caught a Juventus FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thanos Bakirtzis helped the player get up and apologised. Juventus FC played a much better game than ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β and deserved their victory. The ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Β players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
