When Raul Lage came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Ultra Copos FC ™ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raul Lage couldn't finish the play. César Bertrand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Lage, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The referee showed Gentil Madeira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 36 played minutes Ultra Copos FC ™ got a freekick which was hit by Gentil Madeira. The supporters of Ultra Copos FC ™ booed when Ornitorrincos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ever Artaño didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st match minute, Ultra Copos FC ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adélio Lustosa to maneuver through the defense. Davi Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reces Bacheler in the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ornitorrincos F.C.'s César Bertrand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adélio Lustosa in the 51st minute of play.
