When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Máximo Paetz to make the kick off. After 52 minutes, Baldomero Abeita mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fumasche and the Club Deportivo Xpertin players grew even worse after the yellow card. The coaching staff of Fumasche protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kaj Björnsson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 92 minutes into the game, one of Fumasche:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Club Deportivo Xpertin a penalty, 94 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by José Javier Doberti, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Fumasche's Conrado Liberto. 7-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Club Deportivo Xpertin fans cheered their team off the field, for while Fumasche had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
