The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 23 minutes into the match, Redbull Sala's goal looked a bit too open when Ulf Öfverman came free, but David Lundgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Lundgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulf Öfverman in the 42nd minute of the match. Ulf Öfverman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Lundgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Thiago van Dijk made a great header on Brothers of Mercy's corner, it was just that Redbull Sala's David Lundgren managed to reach the ball for a save. The Redbull Sala players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Brothers of Mercy were winning 0-4.

After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Bengt-Rune Strömbom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brothers of Mercy's supporters rose to their feet, but Bengt-Rune Strömbom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Lundgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 88 minutes into the match, Redbull Sala's goalkeeper David Lundgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niklas Wik. The crowd rose to their feet as Bengt-Rune Strömbom kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving David Lundgren. That made the score 0-13 in the 93 minute of play. When the match was over Brothers of Mercy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Redbull Sala throughout the match.
