After 2 played minutes AFC PunisherS™ got a freekick which was hit by Sever Ţurcaş. A collision led to Amfithea Hotspur getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Giorgos Giannou hit a great ball. 9 minutes into the game, AFC PunisherS™'s Isac Frunză nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Babbis Theocharis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Babbis Theocharis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mădălin Barbonța in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Markos Miroforidis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Costin Ignătoiu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 30th minute of the match Marinos Roussos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Costin Ignătoiu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 31st minute, Isac Frunză hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kostas Kostopoulos in the 32nd minute of play forced AFC PunisherS™'s goalkeeper Costin Ignătoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, AFC PunisherS™'s Isac Frunză ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Babbis Theocharis. Babbis Theocharis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. A collision led to Amfithea Hotspur getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Giannis Androulakis hit a great ball. Babbis Theocharis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isac Frunză, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Amfithea Hotspur defense, Isac Frunză kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Babbis Theocharis. The Amfithea Hotspur fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Babbis Theocharis should have stopped the shot. In the 46th minute Mădălin Barbonța shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Babbis Theocharis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mădălin Barbonța was the one to do the kick off. After 58 played minutes Amfithea Hotspur got a freekick which was hit by Giorgos Giannou. In the 65th minute, Mădălin Barbonța made a precise shot to the right of Babbis Theocharis. Amfithea Hotspur's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Babbis Theocharis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isac Frunză in the 68th minute of play. In the 78th minute of the match, Kostas Kostopoulos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Costin Ignătoiu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 80th minute, Mihnea Costea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the match, AFC PunisherS™'s goalkeeper Costin Ignătoiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kostas Kostopoulos. Nae Malcoci hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Isac Frunză fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Babbis Theocharis having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isac Frunză in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Babbis Theocharis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AFC PunisherS™ had played much better football throughout.
