Asdfgh's Jan-Erik Bengtsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kostas Kostopoulos in the 11th minute of play. After having played for 18 minutes, Evert Helberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Asdfgh's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evert Helberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 19 minutes into the game, Kostas Kostopoulos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jan-Erik Bengtsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kostas Kostopoulos in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan-Erik Bengtsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Amfithea Hotspur booed when Asdfgh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arvid Bruse didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Henry Säf came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Asdfgh fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henry Säf couldn't finish the play. Henry Säf could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Babbis Theocharis made a huge save. In the 30th minute, Arvid Bruse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Säf in the 37th minute of play forced Amfithea Hotspur's goalkeeper Babbis Theocharis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evert Helberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Babbis Theocharis made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kostas Kostopoulos in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henry Säf to make the kick off. In the 57thth minute of the game Kostas Kostopoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Asdfgh's Jan-Erik Bengtsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Amfithea Hotspur's Kostas Kostopoulos in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Asdfgh's goalie prevented a goal. If Chrisostomos Charoulis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Peter Asplund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Asdfgh's Jan-Erik Bengtsson got control of the ball when Kostas Kostopoulos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alekos Kassanos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan-Erik Bengtsson made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Kostas Kostopoulos sent off a good shot on target. Jan-Erik Bengtsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chrisostomos Charoulis in the 74th minute of the match. Markos Miroforidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Erik Bengtsson having to interfere. In the 81st match minute, Asdfgh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evert Helberg to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Amfithea Hotspur's Chrisostomos Charoulis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jan-Erik Bengtsson. That made the score 0-4 after 83 minutes of play. When Henry Säf came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Asdfgh fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henry Säf couldn't finish the play. If Kostas Kostopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henry Säf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Babbis Theocharis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Amfithea Hotspur left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Asdfgh.
