After 3 minutes of play, Amfithea Hotspur's Marinos Valassakos made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. César Bertrand was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Amfithea Hotspur booed when Ornitorrincos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Carlos Zapata didn't get a good kick on the ball. Omiros Poulakis kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Angelillo Fuente, 7 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Konstantinos Psiloglou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but César Bertrand made a huge save. With a little luck, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s César Bertrand got control of the ball when Marinos Valassakos tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 19thth minute Charilaos Dimitrakis got a great chance to score trying to place the ball in the top left corner, but César Bertrand was prepared and efficiently stopped the ball from getting in. Valerios Paboulis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modestio Jina in the 21st minute of the match. Valerios Paboulis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Carlos Zapata's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Charilaos Dimitrakis kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 32ndth minute of the game José Carlos Zapata who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Amfithea Hotspur's Valerios Paboulis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Konstantinos Psiloglou did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised César Bertrand 34 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute Modestio Jina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valerios Paboulis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. César Bertrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstantinos Psiloglou in the 38th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and José Carlos Zapata made a kick off. In the 50th match minute, Ornitorrincos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodovico Chiguaicura to maneuver through the defense. Markos Miroforidis hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After 57 played minutes Ornitorrincos F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Domingo Vivero. 58 minutes into the match, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Charilaos Dimitrakis came free, but César Bertrand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60thth minute of the game Marinos Valassakos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ornitorrincos F.C.'s César Bertrand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Domingo Vivero's late challenge caught a Amfithea Hotspur's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingo Vivero helped the player get up and apologised. After 62 played minutes Ornitorrincos F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Domingo Vivero. In the 65th minute Konstantinos Psiloglou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Bertrand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. César Bertrand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstantinos Psiloglou in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Konstantinos Psiloglou notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Ornitorrincos F.C.'s César Bertrand. César Bertrand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Ornitorrincos F.C. getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Manuel Antonio Angeloni hit a great ball. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s César Bertrand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marinos Valassakos in the 81st minute of play. Valerios Paboulis made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Teodovico Chiguaicura sent off a good shot on target. 84 minutes into the match, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marinos Valassakos came free, but César Bertrand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th match minute, Ornitorrincos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Carlos Zapata to maneuver through the defense. Konstantinos Psiloglou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. César Bertrand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Konstantinos Psiloglou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amfithea Hotspur walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
