The audience thought a goal was coming when Waclaw Jucha got free with Damazy Kensicki in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Waclaw Jucha kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Damazy Kensicki. That made the score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Soczewki Gliwice's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lech Blochowiak was slow to take the kick. During this time Reklinek SSA's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Lech Blochowiak got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Damazy Kensicki quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 30 minutes into the match, Soczewki Gliwice's goalkeeper Damazy Kensicki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lech Blochowiak. Reklinek SSA's Mariusz Dankowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomasz Sobania in the 32nd minute of play. Janes Gobbelijns could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Damazy Kensicki made a huge save. Mariusz Dankowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomasz Sobania in the 45th minute of the match. Kayhan Canfeda kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Damazy Kensicki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Janes Gobbelijns in the 49th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Soczewki Gliwice's Zdzislaw Witek was substituted for Thiago Rossi. Soczewki Gliwice's Bogumil Babicki was substituted for Elmar Roorda. A wasted opportunity for Soczewki Gliwice. 97 minutes into the match, Waclaw Jucha notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Soczewki Gliwice's Damazy Kensicki. Damazy Kensicki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Soczewki Gliwice players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Reklinek SSA.
