After 38 minutes Trzynastki Błeszno Cz-wa's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zdzislaw Witek who took care of the corner kick. After 40 played minutes Trzynastki Błeszno Cz-wa got a freekick which was hit by Maciej Kalemba. Zdzislaw Witek struck a weak shot in the 41st minute.
