With a little luck, FC Rogers Sosnowiec's Slavyan Gusev got control of the ball when Ismael Blanco tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ong Bongo in the 22nd minute of play forced FC Rogers Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Slavyan Gusev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eugeniusz Cwojdak might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dariusz Bielejewski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eugeniusz Cwojdak ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 31st minute Vito Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Slavyan Gusev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ong Bongo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Slavyan Gusev made a huge save. Slavyan Gusev was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Ong Bongo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ong Bongo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ismael Blanco got free with Slavyan Gusev in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The wind increased when Ong Bongo made the kick off in the second half. Eugeniusz Cwojdak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vito Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Slavyan Gusev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Slavyan Gusev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ong Bongo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dariusz Bielejewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eugeniusz Cwojdak's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the match, FC Rogers Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Blanco came free, but Slavyan Gusev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicasio Cugat in the 79th minute of play forced FC Rogers Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Slavyan Gusev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
