Pablo Raymond made in the 14th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Isidro Gabrio immediately put the ball in play. Kang Ying Hai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Dabi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 23 minutes, Hao Jian Yuan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hao Jian Yuan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Mikolaj Giertych kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Reynaldo Astrada. That made the score 2-0 in the 25 minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, ..Villa Rugby Club..'s goal looked a bit too open when Hao Jian Yuan came free, but Kang Ying Hai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's Codrin Udrescu got a free kick in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the match, ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Valentin Geambașu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's Reynaldo Astrada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb from getting a goal against them. After 40 minutes of play, Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's Isidro Gabrio made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kang Ying Hai was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hao Jian Yuan to strike the kick off in the second half. Kang Ying Hai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hao Jian Yuan in the 51st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Isidro Gabrio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidro Gabrio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prudencio Ralondo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Kang Ying Hai made a huge save. Reynaldo Astrada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Saúl Menem in the 91st minute of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
