With an all-out effort, Utopía Muerta FC's Lu Zhen Sheng threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zdeněk Kozlík, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Utopía Muerta FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fermin Martinez in the 12th minute. Radoslaw Klocko made a great header on Utopía Muerta FC's corner, it was just that DREAM TEAM WORLD's Lu Zhen Sheng managed to reach the ball for a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Fabiano Castro during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Lu Zhen Sheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Martinez in the 44th minute of play. In the 48th minute Severo Bermudo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lu Zhen Sheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

DREAM TEAM WORLD made a substitution. Elpidio Curcio replaced Zachariasz Psotka. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Severo Bermudo to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, DREAM TEAM WORLD's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Bermudo came free, but Lu Zhen Sheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mano Hume made an important save on a dangerous shot by Koča Kafarov in the 57th minute. After 62 played minutes DREAM TEAM WORLD got a freekick which was hit by Wiktor Bielatowicz. 71 minutes into the match, DREAM TEAM WORLD's Koča Kafarov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mano Hume narrowly saved just below the crossbar. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Ştefan Grigore was substituted for Koča Kafarov. Cristo Leoncio made in the 86th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Attilio Brunelli however managed to control. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wiktor Bielatowicz during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Utopía Muerta FC booed when DREAM TEAM WORLD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiktor Bielatowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ştefan Grigore got free with Mano Hume in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
