Lino Rios might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lu Zhen Sheng. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lino Rios ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 13th minute Lino Rios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lu Zhen Sheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lu Zhen Sheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Rios, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. AFC FUSION's Lino Rios got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lino Rios blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lu Zhen Sheng having to make a save. Lu Zhen Sheng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Rios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AFC FUSION's Lino Rios got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lu Zhen Sheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Rios, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Koča Kafarov to strike the kick off in the second half. DREAM TEAM WORLD's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luiz Fabiano Castro in the 90th minute. A nice corner shot did that Luiz Fabiano Castro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Roberto Eztebe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, AFC FUSION's Jonatan Maidana got a free kick in the 95th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
