Juaneizu Merida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Incendio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredo Xacintu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Juaneizu Merida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gust Mathijs in the 9th minute of play. Juaneizu Merida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gust Mathijs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Xu Sha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oso Prato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grabiel Escorcia might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oso Prato. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Grabiel Escorcia ran back to his position shaking his head. Oso Prato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grabiel Escorcia in the 19th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Efrain Incendio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juaneizu Merida was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. After a defensive mix-up in ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's zone, Grabiel Escorcia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oso Prato came out of the goal and Grabiel Escorcia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Grabiel Escorcia hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Efrain Incendio in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juaneizu Merida saved Nacional from getting behind. In the 58th minute, Guaberto Behe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grabiel Escorcia in the 60th minute of play forced ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's goalkeeper Oso Prato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's Aivo Viilop quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Camilo Candido, made in the 65th minute of the game. 66 minutes into the match, Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Rius came free, but Juaneizu Merida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
