Karl-Axel Jakobsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fikri Sakman in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the match, Åhus Absolut F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Fikri Sakman came free, but Karl-Axel Jakobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Zülfikar Dilşah had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karl-Axel Jakobsson. Åhus Absolut F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zülfikar Dilşah was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 10th minute of the match, Fikri Sakman got a very nice opportunity to score, but Karl-Axel Jakobsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 12 minutes into the game, Zafer Benlioğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ÇORUM FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Åhus Absolut F.C the free kick. A collision led to ÇORUM FK getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Zafer Benlioğlu hit a great ball. Umut İnceman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abbe Alvin in the 15th minute of the match. Abbe Alvin scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Umut İnceman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fikri Sakman took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl-Axel Jakobsson. Karl-Axel Jakobsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as ÇORUM FK's Abdulmelik Helvacıoğlu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Karl-Axel Jakobsson. That made the score 3-1 after 26 minutes of play. Karl-Axel Jakobsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zafer Benlioğlu in the 29th minute of play. Abdulmelik Helvacıoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Karl-Axel Jakobsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Umut İnceman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abbe Alvin, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Abdulmelik Helvacıoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abbe Alvin in the 41st minute of play forced ÇORUM FK's goalkeeper Umut İnceman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdulmelik Helvacıoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abdulmelik Helvacıoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abdulmelik Helvacıoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johnny Broman made a kick off. Umut İnceman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johnny Broman in the 52nd minute of play. Umut İnceman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Bollström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Åhus Absolut F.C booed when ÇORUM FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdulmelik Helvacıoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl-Axel Jakobsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Semi Afak in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Zafer Benlioğlu made a precise shot to the right of Karl-Axel Jakobsson. Åhus Absolut F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Umut İnceman was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Johnny Broman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Johnny Broman really showed his touch with that goal: 4-3. Mustafa Cumhur Altun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Umut İnceman came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Åhus Absolut F.C's Abbe Alvin. But to his dismay, Abbe Alvin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-4. Mustafa Cumhur Altun took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl-Axel Jakobsson. Karl-Axel Jakobsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-4. Umut İnceman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johnny Broman, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Zafer Benlioğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute, Ronny Åkerman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abbe Alvin got free with Umut İnceman in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karl-Axel Jakobsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fikri Sakman in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of ÇORUM FK booed when Åhus Absolut F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hannes Fernkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdulmelik Helvacıoğlu hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
