The supporters of Dhafnospiliá BC booed when The JOKER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Muzaffer Sertuğ didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 44 minutes of play, Dhafnospiliá BC's Giorgos Mikros made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ferman Baray was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Giannis Botitsis to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Muzaffer Sertuğ hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th match minute, The JOKER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ataol Özkaya to maneuver through the defense. Thomas Chatzichristos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferman Baray having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giannis Botitsis in the 79th minute of play forced The JOKER's goalkeeper Ferman Baray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giannis Botitsis in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ferman Baray saved The JOKER from getting behind. İdris Adanır's late challenge caught a Dhafnospiliá BC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. İdris Adanır helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd match minute, The JOKER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İdris Adanır to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Giorgos Mikros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Muzaffer Sertuğ's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nikos Kaminaridis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Dhafnospiliá BC's Giannis Botitsis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2.
