Ovidiu Muraru hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Cazimir Curteanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hannes Fernkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. With a little luck, Simared -MM-'s Cazimir Curteanu got control of the ball when Joel Bollström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Douglas Källberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cazimir Curteanu having to interfere. Simared -MM-'s Tiberiu Huștea got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Åhus Absolut F.C's Karl-Axel Jakobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugurel Magheru in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute Nicodim Codrea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Axel Jakobsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Simared -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Hannes Fernkvist came free, but Cazimir Curteanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Johnny Broman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cazimir Curteanu. Simared -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Johnny Broman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.

The wind increased when Johnny Broman made the kick off in the second half. Simared -MM-'s Cazimir Curteanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Bollström in the 52nd minute of play. Mugurel Magheru who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Karl-Axel Jakobsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 59 minutes into the match, Simared -MM-'s Tiberiu Huștea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karl-Axel Jakobsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Mugurel Magheru sped through Åhus Absolut F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Karl-Axel Jakobsson. Simared -MM-'s Ernest Enoaia was substituted for Mugurel Magheru. Karl-Axel Jakobsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernest Enoaia in the 67th minute of the match. Oskar Vase hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute, Stig Haström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Åhus Absolut F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Ernest Enoaia scored to the left of an out of position Karl-Axel Jakobsson, making the score, 2-3. When Simared -MM-'s Ernest Enoaia in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
