The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a left leg Kurtuluş Erdursun saved FC Bad Company from getting behind. After 12 minutes FC Bad Company's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomáš Lamačka who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Club Atletico Los Andes's Matias Rivas getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Kaj Skager put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Kurtuluş Erdursun. 20 minutes into the game, Kaj Skager cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Kurtuluş Erdursun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Club Atletico Los Andes's Dochko Rodev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stelios Koutsokefalakis in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, one of FC Bad Company:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Bad Company. In the 26th minute there was a penalty for Club Atletico Los Andes. Tomáš Lamačka stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kurtuluş Erdursun. 0-3. 28 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Los Andes's goal looked a bit too open when Miltiadis Kokkinis came free, but Dochko Rodev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 30 minutes, Montrell Abeita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Los Andes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Montrell Abeita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kaj Skager scored 0-4 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kurtuluş Erdursun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 40th minute, Kaj Skager ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kurtuluş Erdursun was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bad Company's zone, Kaj Skager stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kurtuluş Erdursun came out of the goal and Kaj Skager tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kurtuluş Erdursun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaj Skager, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Kurtuluş Erdursun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaj Skager in the 47th minute of play.

With a little luck, FC Bad Company's Kurtuluş Erdursun got control of the ball when Kaj Skager tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kurtuluş Erdursun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaj Skager, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
