Kryspin Wyrostek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Newcastle United's goalkeeper Kryspin Wyrostek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 13 minutes of play, WZG Sandomierz's Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kryspin Wyrostek was left in no man's land by his defense there! 18 minutes into the match, Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Newcastle United's Kryspin Wyrostek. Kryspin Wyrostek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alfred Dziatkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wlodzimierz Sokolski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Edward Lampa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfred Dziatkowski was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kryspin Wyrostek having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink couldn't finish the play. Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Newcastle United getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Antoni Cupial hit a great ball. The supporters of Newcastle United booed when WZG Sandomierz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafal Niemoj didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfred Dziatkowski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edward Lampa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 7-3 in the 83 minute of play. Kryspin Wyrostek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wojciech Dec in the 86th minute of play. After 87 minutes Newcastle United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hugon Czciborek who took care of the corner kick. The corner led WZG Sandomierz's Hugon Czciborek to fire away a dangerous shot which Kryspin Wyrostek despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Kryspin Wyrostek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wojciech Dec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kryspin Wyrostek didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when WZG Sandomierz's Wojciech Dec shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 8-3 in the ordered_time% minute.
