The throw-in from Alvin Pihlblad in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Powiśle Warszawa's Dong Qi Ying. Boguslaw Jucha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börje Åkesson in the 23rd minute of play. Tadeusz Pionek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Powiśle Warszawa were furious when Dong Qi Ying was red carded, 25 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of Sundborn IF booed when Powiśle Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dong Qi Ying didn't get a good kick on the ball. Powiśle Warszawa made a substitution. Piotr Majewski replaced Maciek Majewski. After 31 played minutes Sundborn IF got a freekick which was hit by Niclas Kielberg. Niclas Kielberg kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Börje Åkesson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Sundborn IF's Hugo Sikström got control of the ball when Ryan Giggs tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roy Abrahamsson in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boguslaw Jucha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ryan Giggs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Hugo Sikström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Börje Åkesson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugo Sikström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olaf Zacharek in the 86th minute of the match. Boguslaw Jucha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Börje Åkesson, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Boguslaw Jucha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Börje Åkesson's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Sundborn IF's Hugo Sikström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryan Giggs in the 94th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Powiśle Warszawa had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
