After 40 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. After 42 played minutes, Warriors Máfia's Sidney Viana shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Warriors Máfia reached it. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Patricio Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patricio Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Egídio Linhares made a kick off. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got his second yellow card of the match in the 52nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mario Alberto Kempes's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Warriors Máfia had won after a very even match.
