Lopidato FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Didi Zabala ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Didi Zabala almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lopidato FC's Maximiliano Mundo did a great save. Maximiliano Mundo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafal Bator's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafal Bator in the 23rd minute of play forced Lopidato FC's goalkeeper Maximiliano Mundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafal Bator struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Maximiliano Mundo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Diabolic Team. After 27 minutes of play, Diabolic Team's Rafal Bator made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximiliano Mundo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafal Bator in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximiliano Mundo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugon Byczewski in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximiliano Mundo saved Lopidato FC from getting behind. In the 37th minute, Rafal Bator made a precise shot to the right of Maximiliano Mundo. Lopidato FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 46 minutes, Mathieu Slabbaert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lopidato FC and the Diabolic Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Diabolic Team booed when Lopidato FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathieu Slabbaert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Didi Zabala took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Maximiliano Mundo. Lopidato FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dominic Cornelis made a kick off. If Hugon Byczewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 51 minutes into the match, Lopidato FC's goalkeeper Maximiliano Mundo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dominic Cappelsmans. 59 minutes into the match, Diabolic Team's Hugon Byczewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximiliano Mundo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Maximiliano Mundo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafal Bator in the 61st minute. Rafal Bator received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Maximiliano Mundo came out and tried to block the shot, but Rafal Bator slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 63rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Lopidato FC's zone, Fabricio Gartxot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximiliano Mundo came out of the goal and Fabricio Gartxot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucas Hostens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominic Cornelis in the 71st minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Renaud Van der Vloedt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucas Hostens. Diabolic Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Renaud Van der Vloedt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Hugon Byczewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Mundo having to interfere. Diabolic Team's Lucas Hostens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herman De Strijcker in the 79th minute of play. If Fabricio Gartxot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lopidato FC made a substitution. Stephen Smidts replaced Dominic Cornelis. A collision led to Lopidato FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Mathieu Slabbaert hit a great ball. In the 90th minute, Herman De Strijcker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lopidato FC's Maximiliano Mundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugon Byczewski in the 91st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabricio Gartxot got free with Maximiliano Mundo in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 94 minutes, Xander-Paul Kerselaers mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lopidato FC and the Diabolic Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95th minute Hugon Byczewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Mundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diabolic Team's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Didi Zabala in the 96th minute. After taking down the ball on Diabolic Team's corner Didi Zabala fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Maximiliano Mundo quite easily take care of the ball. Maximiliano Mundo was completely defenseless when Didi Zabala shot a long shot which deflected off the right pole and into the goal in the game's 97th minute, 1-5. Diabolic Team's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
