The audience thought a goal was coming when Celso Medina got free with Maximiliano Mundo in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maximiliano Mundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodomiro Barrantes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximiliano Mundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodomiro Barrantes in the 26th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Clodomiro Barrantes took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Maximiliano Mundo to make any attempt to save it. In the 31st minute Dominic Cornelis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Avila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Lopidato FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Vic Jennes hit a great ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dominic Cornelis made a kick off. After a rather tough play, LOBOS FC's Aurelio Lehman got a free kick in the 51st minute. The supporters of Lopidato FC booed when LOBOS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Lehman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herman De Strijcker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Lopidato FC's Vic Jennes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leon Avila narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herman De Strijcker in the 59th minute of play forced LOBOS FC's goalkeeper Leon Avila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leon Avila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herman De Strijcker in the 60th minute of play. Xander-Paul Kerselaers hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the match, Herman De Strijcker had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leon Avila. LOBOS FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Herman De Strijcker was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Dominic Cornelis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Leon Avila made a huge save. Clodomiro Barrantes scored 2-1 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximiliano Mundo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dominic Cornelis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leon Avila read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. LOBOS FC's Leon Avila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save LOBOS FC from getting a goal against them. Herman De Strijcker's late challenge caught a LOBOS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herman De Strijcker helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th minute, Herman De Strijcker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 83 played minutes LOBOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Echeverria. In the 85th match minute, LOBOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Echeverria to maneuver through the defense.
