After taking down the ball on Diabolic Team's corner Brice Giles fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Oriol quite easily take care of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Talleres's zone, Dominic Cappelsmans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Oriol came out of the goal and Dominic Cappelsmans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 18 played minutes Club Atlético Talleres got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Mikolas. 2-0 became the score in the 21st minute when Dominic Cappelsmans elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Diabolic Team's Lucas Hostens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Mikolas in the 26th minute of play. Dominic Cappelsmans scored 3-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Oriol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Jaques Van Mellaert fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Diabolic Team's protests and gave Jaques Van Mellaert a yellow card for diving instead. Jaques Van Mellaert kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match.
