After 32 played minutes Frogner got a freekick which was hit by David Lange. After 33 played minutes Frogner got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Stigsson. Östen Gunnarsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Torjus Solvoll made a huge save. Gettrup SIK's Torjus Solvoll proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Gettrup SIK from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tony Hallgren made the kick off in the second half. Torjus Solvoll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Östen Gunnarsson in the 51st minute of play. 54 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Gettrup SIK's Zenon Gall fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 58thth minute of the game Ivar Carlberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gettrup SIK's Torjus Solvoll was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Frogner booed when Gettrup SIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur Stenhus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torjus Solvoll took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Lange, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frogner made a substitution. Adrian Sikström replaced Allan Kilstedt. In the 80th match minute, Gettrup SIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Stenhus to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gettrup SIK's goalkeeper Torjus Solvoll, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Gettrup SIK getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Sebastean Staniok hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the match, Gettrup SIK's goal looked a bit too open when David Lange came free, but Torjus Solvoll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the game, Frogner's David Lange nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Torjus Solvoll made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Östen Gunnarsson in the 92nd minute of play forced Gettrup SIK's goalkeeper Torjus Solvoll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Walentin Stammerjohan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute of the match Tony Hallgren shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Torjus Solvoll showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Frogner's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
