When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Fermin Mikolas sped through LOBOS FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leon Avila. Leon Avila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fermin Mikolas, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Joel Campbell took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Oriol. Jonathan Oriol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 48th match minute, Club Atlético Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermin Mikolas to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Fermin Mikolas in the 52nd minute of play forced LOBOS FC's goalkeeper Leon Avila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Oriol came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by LOBOS FC's Joel Campbell. But to his dismay, Joel Campbell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 58th minute, Enzo Nayely got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Club Atlético Talleres's Jonathan Oriol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Talleres from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Oriol made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Joel Campbell sent off a good shot on target. 65 minutes into the match, LOBOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fermin Mikolas came free, but Leon Avila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club Atlético Talleres's Jonathan Oriol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodomiro Barrantes in the 66th minute of play. Delmiro Eguzki kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Club Atlético Talleres made a substitution. Romeo Gora replaced Enzo Nayely. Club Atlético Talleres's Adan Charro was substituted for Augusto Eduino. In the 68th minute, Delmiro Eguzki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute Fermin Mikolas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Avila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Fermin Mikolas made a precise shot to the right of Leon Avila. LOBOS FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. LOBOS FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Club Atlético Talleres had controlled the match.
