In the 23rd minute Jason Douglas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Cordarrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waldo Hills took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaueko Nanclares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jairo Selatse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Waldo Hills made a huge save. 35 minutes into the match, ALIDIM FOR EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Marcello came free, but Jonatan Cordarrell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lisandro Soin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The wind increased when Gaueko Nanclares made the kick off in the second half. Waldo Hills made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Soin in the 51st minute of play. Jairo Selatse took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waldo Hills. Waldo Hills dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jairo Selatse in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Waldo Hills prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 57 minutes, Oscar Ekhi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ALIDIM FOR EVER and the Atletico Patoruzu players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Atletico Patoruzu booed when ALIDIM FOR EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Ekhi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Javier Rodriguez got free with Jonatan Cordarrell in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Atletico Patoruzu's Eliseo Cavazos got a free kick in the 78th minute.
