Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fausto Vimaro started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes Futbol Club RRFV's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcelo Marcello who took care of the corner kick. Marcelo Marcello made a great header on Atletico Patoruzu's corner, it was just that Futbol Club RRFV's Diamantino Senna managed to reach the ball for a save. Atletico Patoruzu's Eliseo Cavazos got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Fausto Vimaro notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Atletico Patoruzu's Tony Joyce. Tony Joyce was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Diamantino Senna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelo Marcello's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Tony Joyce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Samuel Souza took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tony Joyce. Tony Joyce dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 18thth minute of the game Samuel Souza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atletico Patoruzu's Tony Joyce was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute Fausto Vimaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Joyce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Atletico Patoruzu getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Felix Plummer hit a great ball. Pedro Pedro charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedro Pedro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 36 minutes into the match, Marcelo Marcello dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Diamantino Senna, 1-2. Fausto Vimaro kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Atletico Patoruzu's Tony Joyce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Sanches in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Vimaro in the 45th minute of play forced Atletico Patoruzu's goalkeeper Tony Joyce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jason Douglas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Jason Douglas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Futbol Club RRFV's Diamantino Senna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Atletico Patoruzu were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Futbol Club RRFV's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marcelo Marcello took the corner. Javier Rodriguez was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Tony Joyce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Vimaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Futbol Club RRFV's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marcel Hoffmann in the 57th minute. Marcel Hoffmann made a great header on Futbol Club RRFV's corner, it was just that Atletico Patoruzu's Tony Joyce managed to reach the ball for a save. Leonel Sanches kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 62nd minute of the match Marcelo Marcello sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diamantino Senna skillfully saved the ball. 64 minutes into the game, one of Atletico Patoruzu:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Atletico Patoruzu:s Tony Joyce showed great skill when he stopped Marcel Hoffmann:s penalty. The crowd rose to their feet as Futbol Club RRFV's Leonel Sanches slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tony Joyce. That made the score 1-3 after 69 minutes of play. With a little luck, Atletico Patoruzu's Tony Joyce got control of the ball when Leonel Sanches tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tony Joyce made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when André Luís Martins sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Atletico Patoruzu getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Felix Plummer hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Dida da Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Futbol Club RRFV's supporters rose to their feet, but Dida da Cunha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tony Joyce breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 79 minutes into the match, Samuel Souza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tony Joyce, 1-4. After 82 played minutes Futbol Club RRFV got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Hoffmann. After 83 played minutes, Atletico Patoruzu's Marcelo Marcello shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Diamantino Senna came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Atletico Patoruzu reached it. Atletico Patoruzu's Tony Joyce proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Atletico Patoruzu from getting a goal against them. After 87 minutes, Josef Carlisle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atletico Patoruzu and the Futbol Club RRFV players grew even worse after the yellow card. Josef Carlisle hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Tony Joyce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Sanches in the 91st minute of play. After 93 played minutes Atletico Patoruzu got a freekick which was hit by Tyrell Cochran. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcel Hoffmann in the 94th minute of play forced Atletico Patoruzu's goalkeeper Tony Joyce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
