The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cristian Quinito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 15 minutes into the match, Globalización's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Marcello came free, but Cristian Quinito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute of the match Deportivo Rodriguez got a corner. Globalización's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcelo Marcello ran over to the corner to take the kick. Deportivo Rodriguez's Marcelo Marcello was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cristian Quinito in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Jason Douglas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian Quinito was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Marcello in the 18th minute of play forced Globalización's goalkeeper Cristian Quinito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Tyrell Cochran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 24 minutes into the match, Globalización's goal looked a bit too open when Jason Douglas came free, but Cristian Quinito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 31 played minutes Globalización got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Rinaldi. Cristian Quinito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Javier Rodriguez went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Virgilio Lopez hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Marcelo Marcello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Jason Douglas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristian Quinito. Globalización's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jason Douglas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. In the 41st minute Pedro Pedro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Quinito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Quinito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Pedro in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 47th minute Marcelo Marcello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Quinito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jason Douglas made a kick off. Cristian Quinito was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 73rd minute, Jason Douglas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristian Quinito was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. In the 77th minute, Deportivo Rodriguez's Javier Rodriguez ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cristian Quinito. Cristian Quinito yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. In the 80th minute Javier Rodriguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Quinito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Globalización's Cristian Quinito got control of the ball when Marcelo Marcello tried to sneak it across the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Hal Cortez notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of Globalización's Cristian Quinito. Cristian Quinito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 88 minutes into the match, Globalización's goal looked a bit too open when Jason Douglas came free, but Cristian Quinito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Marcelo Marcello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristian Quinito came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Rodriguez's Jason Douglas. But to his dismay, Jason Douglas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-12.
