Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 7th minute, Purple Talents's Qiu Feng Guo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Rodriguez's goalkeeper Tony Joyce, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Deportivo Rodriguez's Tony Joyce got control of the ball when Qiu Feng Guo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Calvin Rodriguez kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Purple Talents's Donato Azevedo tried to score from far away in the 17th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Michael Neels stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelo Marcello's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. When Josef Carlisle fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Rodriguez's protests and gave Josef Carlisle a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute, Josef Carlisle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Qiu Feng Guo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Tony Joyce skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 23 minutes into the match, Purple Talents's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Marcello came free, but Michael Neels reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Purple Talents getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Fre De Beer hit a great ball. It was a well-played corner which Qiu Feng Guo managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Abraham Valckeneers took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tony Joyce. Tony Joyce dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. A throw-in in the 37th minute of the game was made by Josef Carlisle with Javier Rodriguez as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Jason Douglas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michael Neels read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Purple Talents's Michael Neels played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jason Douglas in the 44th minute of play. Michael Neels came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Rodriguez's Marcelo Marcello. But to his dismay, Marcelo Marcello quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The supporters of Purple Talents booed when Deportivo Rodriguez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hal Cortez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Qiu Feng Guo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Purple Talents's supporters rose to their feet, but Qiu Feng Guo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tony Joyce breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tony Joyce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qiu Feng Guo in the 72nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Qiu Feng Guo in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tony Joyce prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Purple Talents's Hever Plasencia got a free kick in the 74th minute. After 79 minutes, Pedro Pedro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Rodriguez and the Purple Talents players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tony Joyce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qiu Feng Guo in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Rodriguez in the 85th minute of play forced Purple Talents's goalkeeper Michael Neels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calvin Rodriguez made in the 87th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Javier Rodriguez. Tony Joyce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Qiu Feng Guo, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 95th match minute, Purple Talents was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristiaan Van den Haute to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Purple Talents had won after a very even match.
