Bøje Dyssen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Sanches, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the match, Monks in Robes's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Sanches came free, but Bøje Dyssen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 9 played minutes Futbol Club RRFV got a freekick which was hit by Diamantino Senna. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenny Ebsøe in the 13th minute of play forced Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Diamantino Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Monks in Robes's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Yin Chen Ling in the 15th minute. Bøje Dyssen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Sanches, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Kenny Ebsøe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diamantino Senna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sune Heidal's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. 33 minutes into the match, Monks in Robes's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Vimaro came free, but Bøje Dyssen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 played minutes Monks in Robes got a freekick which was hit by Kenny Ebsøe. 36 minutes into the match, Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Diamantino Senna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reinar Lennild. The supporters of Monks in Robes booed when Futbol Club RRFV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Luís Martins didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Monks in Robes fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Monks in Robes's Sune Heidal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The Monks in Robes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Futbol Club RRFV were winning 1-3.

Bøje Dyssen was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Fausto Vimaro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fausto Vimaro really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Samuel Souza took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bøje Dyssen. Bøje Dyssen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. Kenny Ebsøe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Vimaro kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. A collision led to Futbol Club RRFV getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Didi Castro hit a great ball. Futbol Club RRFV's Diamantino Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yin Chen Ling in the 80th minute of play. Bøje Dyssen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonel Sanches in the 83rd minute. Diamantino Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kenny Ebsøe, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After 89 played minutes Monks in Robes got a freekick which was hit by Yin Chen Ling. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Futbol Club RRFV eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
