The audience thought a goal was coming when Didi Castro got free with Göksel Canfeda in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Futbol Club RRFV's Leonel Sanches was substituted for 洪延广. Göksel Canfeda had in the 26thth minute some difficulties stopping Norberto Lara's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by Samuel Souza got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patric Bierhoff in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelo Velasco saved Futbol Club RRFV from getting behind. istanbulls's Ferdi Coşan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Angelo Velasco in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ferdi Coşan was shown his second yellow card after 65 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to istanbulls getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ferdi Coşan hit a great ball. Futbol Club RRFV's Norberto Lara got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Berkay Şahiner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Velasco having to interfere. Leonel Sanches kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Göksel Canfeda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Vimaro in the 79th minute of the match. istanbulls's Göksel Canfeda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Sanches in the 81st minute of play. Samuel Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göksel Canfeda having to interfere. In the 89th minute, André Luís Martins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Fausto Vimaro notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of istanbulls's Göksel Canfeda. Göksel Canfeda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
