The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Jörlanda's goal looked a bit too open when Dudu Freitas came free, but Renaldo Segarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jörlanda's Renaldo Segarra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dudu Freitas in the 5th minute of play. When LKS Wasik Lidzbark's Dudu Freitas in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jörlanda's goalie prevented a goal. Marian Duszenski struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Renaldo Segarra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LKS Wasik Lidzbark. Renaldo Segarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dudu Freitas in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziemowit Smolarek in the 12th minute of play forced Jörlanda's goalkeeper Renaldo Segarra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, LKS Wasik Lidzbark's Dudu Freitas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Renaldo Segarra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Jörlanda getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Heine Weitemeyer hit a great ball. In the 21st minute LKS Wasik Lidzbark were awarded a corner. Pankracy Rasiak went to the cornerflag to take it. At last the ball reached Victor Rutenio at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Jörlanda. 0-1. Ziemowit Smolarek took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Renaldo Segarra. Renaldo Segarra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The audience was convinced that Ziemowit Smolarek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Renaldo Segarra was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. In the 33rd match minute, Jörlanda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrik Harlén to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute of the match LKS Wasik Lidzbark got a corner. Jörlanda's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pankracy Rasiak ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Marian Duszenski managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Cyprian Cebula kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th match minute, Jörlanda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Östen Hedin to maneuver through the defense. After the first half LKS Wasik Lidzbark were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dudu Freitas was the one to do the kick off. Cyprian Cebula kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. When Matthias Holmgren came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Jörlanda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matthias Holmgren couldn't finish the play. Dudu Freitas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Renaldo Segarra skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ziemowit Smolarek who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Renaldo Segarra when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Renaldo Segarra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dudu Freitas's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Filip Topolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthias Holmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Filip Topolski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesper Larsson in the 74th minute of the match. Dudu Freitas let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 76th minute shot 0-5 at rihgt post. After a defensive mix-up in Jörlanda's zone, Dudu Freitas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Renaldo Segarra came out of the goal and Dudu Freitas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jörlanda's Renaldo Segarra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Jörlanda from getting a goal against them. Ziemowit Smolarek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Renaldo Segarra made a huge save. Matthias Holmgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filip Topolski having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ziemowit Smolarek in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Renaldo Segarra saved Jörlanda from getting behind. A hard shot 92 in the game by Dudu Freitas from a close distance when the talented Renaldo Segarra managed to make a qualified save. Jörlanda's players were relieved. The LKS Wasik Lidzbark supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing LKS Wasik Lidzbark would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
