The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Samuel Souza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnoldo Canor was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Tomas Peeters hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fausto Vimaro in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnoldo Canor saved AC ALDO BONZI from getting behind. Angelo Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Peeters in the 9th minute of play. Arnoldo Canor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Luís Martins in the 10th minute of play. Octave De Coster hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute of the match Darko Mišura shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnoldo Canor showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 16th minute, Samuel Souza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnoldo Canor was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 19th minute, Futbol Club RRFV's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dave Blair fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 21 minutes into the match, Fausto Vimaro notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of AC ALDO BONZI's Arnoldo Canor. Arnoldo Canor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Samuel Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didi Castro in the 26th minute of play forced AC ALDO BONZI's goalkeeper Arnoldo Canor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnoldo Canor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fausto Vimaro's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Luiz Guilherme Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. André Luís Martins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Arnoldo Canor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of AC ALDO BONZI:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Futbol Club RRFV:s goal. In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for Futbol Club RRFV. Didi Castro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Arnoldo Canor. 0-5. Dave Blair hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Arnoldo Canor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Vimaro in the 46th minute of play. Arnoldo Canor came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Futbol Club RRFV's Fausto Vimaro. But to his dismay, Fausto Vimaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The wind increased when Samuel Souza made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Darko Mišura managed to get in a good position for a shot. Futbol Club RRFV's supporters rose to their feet, but Darko Mišura was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnoldo Canor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Futbol Club RRFV's Angelo Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octave De Coster in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Samuel Souza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Samuel Souza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arnoldo Canor. That made the score 0-7 in the 61 minute of play. Angelo Velasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Jago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnoldo Canor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Souza in the 71st minute of play. Fausto Vimaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Arnoldo Canor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute Fausto Vimaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Canor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Futbol Club RRFV's goal looked a bit too open when Octave De Coster came free, but Angelo Velasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 87 played minutes Futbol Club RRFV got a freekick which was hit by André Luís Martins. After a rather tough play, Futbol Club RRFV's André Luís Martins got a free kick in the 89th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Futbol Club RRFV's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Jago came free, but Angelo Velasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnoldo Canor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Vimaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samuel Souza in the 98thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arnoldo Canor, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The AC ALDO BONZI supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Futbol Club RRFV's performance. The match ended with a win for Futbol Club RRFV.
