In the 3rd minute, Dênis de Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronaldão dos Santos acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 4th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Egídio Dracena. Betão Marinho hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Zé Paulo Esteves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ronaldão dos Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dorival do Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldão dos Santos having to interfere. Zé Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão Marinho in the 10th minute of the match. A hard shot 13 in the game by Zé Paulo Esteves from a close distance when the talented Ronaldão dos Santos managed to make a qualified save. Quebra Ossos FC's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Zé Paulo Esteves put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ronaldão dos Santos. 16 minutes into the game, Zé Paulo Esteves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ronaldão dos Santos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Dorival do Vale managed to get in a good position for a shot. Futbol Club RRFV's supporters rose to their feet, but Dorival do Vale was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronaldão dos Santos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Futbol Club RRFV's Zé Paulo Esteves got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 26 minutes into the match, Dorival do Vale notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Quebra Ossos FC's Ronaldão dos Santos. Ronaldão dos Santos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dorival do Vale could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Ronaldão dos Santos made a huge save. Ronaldão dos Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Paulo Esteves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zé Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão Marinho in the 34th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Quebra Ossos FC's zone, Zé Paulo Esteves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronaldão dos Santos came out of the goal and Zé Paulo Esteves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zé Paulo Esteves's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Ronaldão dos Santos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Quebra Ossos FC's Téo Fonseca got a free kick in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betão Marinho in the 46th minute of play forced Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Zé Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Betão Marinho to make the kick off. The supporters of Futbol Club RRFV booed when Quebra Ossos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aírton Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sílvio Corrêa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Rocha having to interfere. 57 minutes into the game, Zé Paulo Esteves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Ronaldão dos Santos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zé Paulo Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 65 minutes into the game, Dorival do Vale cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Ronaldão dos Santos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Dorival do Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Paulo Esteves in the 73rd minute of play forced Quebra Ossos FC's goalkeeper Ronaldão dos Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Quebra Ossos FC's Aírton Queirós got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After having played for 75 minutes, Zé Paulo Esteves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Futbol Club RRFV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Paulo Esteves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 77th minute, Luís Guilherme Mesquita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé Rocha was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Betão Marinho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Betão Marinho really showed his touch with that goal: 5-1. Sílvio Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 86 minutes, Zé Paulo Esteves made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. Quebra Ossos FC's Ronaldão dos Santos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 90 played minutes, Quebra Ossos FC's Aírton Queirós shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zé Rocha came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Quebra Ossos FC reached it. Dorival do Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldão dos Santos having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zé Paulo Esteves in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronaldão dos Santos saved Quebra Ossos FC from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Futbol Club RRFV had won after a very even match.
