Ant Sabancı started the match with the kick off. When Bogdan Kornaszewski fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Latające Siekiery's protests and gave Bogdan Kornaszewski a yellow card for diving instead. 5 minutes into the game, one of FC Latające Siekiery:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ant Sabancı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zula Siwek having to interfere. With 16 minutes on the clock, Saruhan Eker commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 15th minute, one of istanbulls:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for istanbulls. Filip Wrzosek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hüsrev Can having to interfere. Piotr Jajko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hüsrev Can showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Kornasiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. A collision led to istanbulls getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Hüsmen Soyurgal hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Krzysztof Mnich sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and istanbulls's Hüsrev Can didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, istanbulls's Battal Cüneyt Zahir got a free kick in the 36th minute. Piotr Jajko's late challenge caught a istanbulls's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Piotr Jajko helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th match minute, FC Latające Siekiery was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Piotr Jajko to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Filip Wrzosek made the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes of play, istanbulls's Ant Sabancı made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zula Siwek was left in no man's land by his defense there! Battal Cüneyt Zahir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Zula Siwek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Battal Cüneyt Zahir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63 minutes FC Latające Siekiery's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was İsmail Hakkı Mahşer who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on istanbulls's corner İsmail Hakkı Mahşer fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zula Siwek quite easily take care of the ball. 67 minutes into the match, FC Latające Siekiery's goal looked a bit too open when Ant Sabancı came free, but Zula Siwek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Latające Siekiery's Herbert Kornasiewicz got a free kick in the 68th minute. Zula Siwek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceyhun Koyas, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Battal Cüneyt Zahir notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of FC Latające Siekiery's Zula Siwek. Zula Siwek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 75th minute, Herbert Kornasiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Piotr Jajko hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. istanbulls walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
