The referee ignored Futbol Club RRFV's protests and gave Kauã Lira a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Futbol Club RRFV's Kauã Lira got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Hamílton Simão came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Ñacuñán AC's Constantino Gaufred. But to his dismay, Constantino Gaufred quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Bernabe Kelemen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Paulo Esteves in the 8th minute of play. 8 minutes into the game, Tomé Martins was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Futbol Club RRFV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ñacuñán AC the free kick. In the 9th match minute, Futbol Club RRFV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomé Martins to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Futbol Club RRFV booed when Ñacuñán AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pastor Urko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th match minute, Ñacuñán AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantino Gaufred to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Futbol Club RRFV's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Inguma came free, but Hamílton Simão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Constantino Gaufred had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hamílton Simão. Futbol Club RRFV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Constantino Gaufred was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kauã Lira in the 26th minute of play forced Ñacuñán AC's goalkeeper Bernabe Kelemen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Bernabe Kelemen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Zé Paulo Esteves kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 36th match minute, Ñacuñán AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Nevada to maneuver through the defense. After 38 played minutes Futbol Club RRFV got a freekick which was hit by Kauã Lira. In the 39th minute of the match Jacinto Adrio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hamílton Simão skillfully saved the ball. In the 41st minute Jacinto Adrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamílton Simão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Kauã Lira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bernabe Kelemen, 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Constantino Gaufred fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamílton Simão having to interfere. Constantino Gaufred received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hamílton Simão came out and tried to block the shot, but Constantino Gaufred slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 55th minute. Dedê Freire hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. A collision led to Ñacuñán AC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Jacinto Adrio hit a great ball. Rene Pere lost his temper 72 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ñacuñán AC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! In the 74th minute there was a penalty for Futbol Club RRFV. Noel Pombal stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bernabe Kelemen. 2-3. Bernabe Kelemen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from César Brito went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Ñacuñán AC's zone, Tiaguinho Lucas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernabe Kelemen came out of the goal and Tiaguinho Lucas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kauã Lira hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Constantino Gaufred recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hamílton Simão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Bernal, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantino Gaufred in the 93rd minute of play forced Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Hamílton Simão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Ñacuñán AC's Samuel Bernal got a free kick in the 96th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
